Abstract:
      随着地理信息系统(GIS )、全球定位系统(GPS )、遥感系统(RS)即3S体系的发展,空间数据呈爆炸式增长,而科研人员也更容易从网络上获得信息[1]。据统计80%的流行病学资料具有空间属性[2],且有空间自相关性质,采用传统的统计学分析方法并不符合其对数据独立性的要求,但空间回归模型不要求数据独立,可以利用数据的空间属性。在用于传染病分析时,可考虑疾病的聚集性和扩散性,并可说明各因素间的关系。
