Abstract:

人感染猪链球菌病是人畜共患传染病，传染源为病猪、死猪、带菌猪和羊，主要传播途径为人接触病、死猪，致病菌经破损皮肤或勃膜侵人人体，人类普遍易感，引起人重症链球菌感染的主要是猪链球菌2型^[1]。2013年4月天津市发现人感染猪链球菌病例，临床上表现为中毒性休克型。此病例为该地区首次发现。
