Abstract: |
目的了解新疆和布克赛尔县人群和羊群肝包虫病感染情况,以评价包虫病防控措施。方法在和布克赛尔县采用现患筛查的抽查方法,以肝包虫病超声声像图特征作为诊断标准,现场筛查人群和羊群肝包虫病,并比较分析不同筛查点患病情况。结果超声声像图显示,人群肝包虫病检出率为4.4%(23/521),囊性包虫病检出率为4.0%(21/521),泡性包虫病检出率为o.8%(4/521),羊群感染率为3.8%(7/180)。5个筛查点中查干库勒乡人群和羊群感染率最高,人群检出率与其他各筛查点相比差异无统计学意义,羊群检出率与巴音傲瓦乡相比差异有统计学意义(Z2=4.8259,P=0.0280),作为包虫病中间宿主绵羊的感染率高于人群。结论和布克赛尔县人群和羊群肝包虫病仍呈高流行趋势。 |
English Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the prevalence of human and ovine hepatic hydatiddisease in Hobukesar Mongolian Autonomous County of Xinjiang(HMACX)and to evaluate therelated strategies for prevention and control of the disease.Methods A prevalence screening methodwas used to screen local residents and sheep for hydatid disease in HMACX.Based on B ultrasoundimages,the screening programs on people and sheep in different sites were carried and the findingswere comparatively analyzed.Results Findings of B ultrasound images through screening programamong human beings showed that the positive rates of hydatid diseaseas 4.4%(23/52 1).of cysticechinococcosis and alveolar echinococcosis as 4.0%(2l/521)and 0.8%(4/521)respectively.Theinfection rate on sheep was 3.8%(7/180).The positive rates of human and ovine hepatic hydatiddisease in Township Chagangule were higher than in other areas.There was no significant statisticaldifference noticed on human positive rates between Township Chagangule and other areas.Statistically,significant difference for positive rate in ovine was seen between Township Chaganguleand TownshipBayinaowa(X2=4.8259,P=0.0280).As intermediate host of hydatid disease,theinfection rate in sheep was higher than that in human beings at Township Chagangule.ConclusionHMACX remained a highly endemic area for human and ovine hydatid disease. |
