Abstract:
      泛微生物基因芯片能够同时检测多种病原体,具有全面、快速、无偏向性等优点,目前国际上已有Virochip”1、Greenechip”l、MDA”等泛病原体芯片,国内也开发了EOPM(EasyOperatingPathogenMicroarray)芯片【4',本研究利用EOPM基因芯片检测不明病原体感染的成年人腹泻样本。
