Abstract: |
代谢组学是通过考察生物体系在受到外界刺激后代谢产物的组成变化或其随时间的变化研究代谢途径的一种技术。它能够从结构、功能表达、效应机制等微观角度探讨生命现象[1],系统研究代谢产物的变化规律[2]。心血管疾病的发病率逐年升高,居各种死因的首位[3,4]。因此对心血管疾病进行及时、准确的诊断十分必要。代谢组学通过先进的仪器检测、数据分析和化学计量方法,对于了解心血管疾病发病机制、临床风险评估、诊断、预后和疗效评估十分重要[5]。 |
