Abstract:

云南为我国立克次体病流行的主要省份之一，由于其地理环境较为复杂，生物多样性异常丰富，加之近年随着旅游业等人类活动的日益扩张，立克次体病例逐渐增多，尤其是滇西横断山区时有恙虫病和斑疹伤寒的流行^［1，2］，为此对滇西横断山区开展立克次体调查，为人群有效防治提供参考依据
