Abstract:
      本文用被动血球凝集试验和血球凝集抑制试验平行检测了1771份健康人血清。其麻疹抗体滴度GMT分别为52.54和25.24,两法相关系数为0.71(P<0.001)。两法同时检测的77例儿童麻疹疫苗免前、免后血清,其抗体阳转率均为检测的28例临床诊断为麻疹病人的双份血清,两法结果基本一致。
English Abstract:
      By using passive hemagglutination test and hemagglutination inhibition test, 1771 specimens of sera fiom healthy people were simultaneously tested. The titers of antibodies against measles GMT were respectively 52.54 and 25.22.The related coefficient was 0.71.P<0.001.When the two methods were used to 77 children, the rate of active conveision was 97.40%. When the Iwo methods were used to 28 patients suffering from measles, they gave out same results.
